A look back at our CINEMANIA 2026 partnership, the opening-night screening of Paradis and the involvement of Laurier Ouest members.
The Laurier Ouest SDC is delighted to partner with the 32nd edition of the CINEMANIA Film Festival, taking place in Montréal from November 4 to 15, 2026. This partnership is an opportunity to celebrate culture and highlight the contributions of businesses and professionals in our community.
On November 4, our team attended CINEMANIA’s opening gala at the Monument-National, featuring Paradis, the first feature film by Québec filmmaker Jérémy Comte. It was a wonderful evening celebrating French-language cinema and the people who bring it to life.
On Thursday, November 5, our member Patrice Brunet, a lawyer, also participated in the festival by presenting a film, highlighting the cultural involvement of our community.
Several Laurier Ouest businesses also contributed to the event and its artistic atmosphere. Michel Brisson and Sarah Pacini helped dress artists, while Zen le pouvoir des fleurs and Optical Center also took part in collaborations surrounding the festival.
We are proud to see the talent and businesses of our avenue contribute to a major cultural event. Thank you to CINEMANIA for this collaboration, and congratulations to all our participating members!
