From May 22 to 24, the neighbourhood pulsed to the beat of Mile End Festival 2026, a festive weekend that brought together merchants, artists, organizations and thousands of visitors around the cultural and commercial richness of the Mile End.
For three days, the streets, shops and various activity sites were transformed into genuine places of encounters and discoveries. From musical performances, outdoor entertainment, DJ sets, workshops, family activities, a local market, art installations and lively terraces, the event showcased everything that makes the neighbourhood's charm and energy.
This year, the festivities unfolded notably on the pedestrianized Saint-Viateur Street, at Lave-Auto Laurier and at the Laurier fire station for Firefighters' Day, creating a varied program accessible to all audiences.
The festival was also an opportunity to spotlight the many shops and creators in the area through collaborations, activations and the Discovery Passport, which encouraged visitors to explore the neighbourhood and discover local businesses in new ways.
Mile End Festival is above all an event created to celebrate the creativity, diversity and community spirit that make this neighbourhood so unique. This 2026 edition would not have been possible without the involvement of our partners, sponsors, artists, volunteers, merchants and visitors.
